Fedora Utils lets you install codecs and additional software, fix problems, tweak and cleanup your system, view system information and much more with just few clicks.
Looking for an older version? Browse all files.
After downloading, navigate to the download directory and run the following in the Terminal,
su -c "rpm -Uvh fedorautils-*.noarch.rpm"
Note that installing the Fedora Utils package also adds the Fedora Utils repo to your system to keep Fedora Utils up-to-date. If you don't want the repo, you can remove it from the "Help" menu in Fedora Utils.
Fedora Utils saves the downloaded files for so that you can reuse them. It also takes backups before modifying system files for easy recovery. Unlike others, it can perform batch operations too.
You can also extend the functionality of Fedora Utils by plugins. Writing a plugin is easy and fun. Refer this page to have an idea.
Feel free to make modifications and contributions. Fedora Utils is released under GNU GPL V3.0 and the source code is publicly available. You can access the public repository on github.
